Todd Jennings began collecting equipment for Passback in 2000 for his Cub Scout Service Project and has been collecting ever since. Most recently, with the help of his club and high school team, Loyola Academy, Todd colllected 160 complete uniform sets which he sent to Common Hope in Guatemala and the Foundation Enfant Jesus in Haiti.
